At Fitvida I was able to recover from my back pain that I’ve been suffering for some time. Dr Canseco has a gift in his hands and really cares his patients. Katy, the administrative person is really professional and kind. Some chiropractors only see you for 10 minutes and kick you out, but at Fitvida, you walk out in better condition and happy with the service. I really recommend them !

Fit Vida Chiropractic opened on July 8, 2020 and is located on 4453 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, PA. The office offers treatment to patients who have suffered sport injuries, car accidents, work accidents, or any other type of injury. Some of the treatments include cupping, therapeutic massages and physical therapy along with chiropractic adjustments. Fit Vida Chiropractic is a family business managed by Dr. Canseco and his wife; both are also Spanish speakers. Being a fully bilingual office give the opportunity to Spanish speakers communicate directly with the doctor. In Fit Vida Chiropractic not only rehabilitation is important, but also prevention. We bring the concept of educating and integrating exercises and healthy eating as part of the patient’s well-being. Our mission is to provide the benefits of chiropractic therapy and complement it with an exercise program that will renew them and lead them to improve health.
